Bachelor in Law, Global Managing Director
David obtained his degree in Law (Bachelor in Law) from the Universidad Santa Maria, Caracas, Venezuela in 1999. He worked for 5 years in the Banco Venezolano de Credito S.A.C.A. (legal and trust departments). David joined the Bolder Group as a fund lawyer in 2004 specializing in the setup and corporate maintenance of investment funds/vehicles in a number of different jurisdictions and was responsible for setting up Bolder Group’s legal department.
David’s past duties include roles such as Managing Director of trust and fund administration companies in a number of different jurisdictions, group legal counsel for international corporate firms, acting as director of investment funds and asset managers.
In addition to being the Global Managing Director of BGA law, David is also the Managing Director for the Americas and Global Head of Governance for the Bolder Group.
