Stefanie is a graduate of the University of Liverpool and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, London. She qualified as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2011. Stefanie is a resident of the Cayman Islands and is a partner in the Cayman Islands office. Stefanie has extensive experience advising Cayman entities, including exempt companies, segregated portfolio companies, ordinary resident companies, partnerships and trusts with emphasis on investment fund set-up, structuring and governance, commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, redomiciliations, liquidations and probate matters.
